Brokers
We work in partnership with all real estate brokers and agents whose clients – buyers and sellers – could benefit from an auction.
Your client's property could be an excellent candidate for an auction. The auction process improves the property’s visibility to new potential buyers, making its value rise.
As a selling broker or agent collaborating with SERVICES D'ENCAN and DCEI COURTIER Inc, you offer your clients an alternate and prestigious way to sell. Your reputation and corporate image will only improve.
You will find all the terms and conditions of broker partnerships in the Additional information section of our Auction calendar.
In order to obtain a commission, your client must be the highest bidder and close the transaction on the property.
For more information or to register a client, please contact us.
Broker/realtor qualification for client registration
1. The client must name his broker in writing before inspecting the property or before registering as a buyer.
2. The broker must accompany the buyer on all registered property visits and add his name to the potential buyer list on-site.
3. The broker must attend the auction with his client and assist him in preparing call for tenders on all properties for which there is interest.
4. The broker must assist the buyer throughout the closing process.
5. If the sale goes through, a commission will be paid at the time of closing. The rate of the commission is listed on our website for every auction.
6. No commission will be paid to a broker that is also the buyer or seller at the auction, or if his broker certificate with the Association des courtiers et agents immobiliers du Québec (ACAIQ) has been suspended or revoked.
7. No exceptions to this procedure will be allowed. Verbal agreements will not be accepted.
8. The Broker/Realtor Participation Agreement must be completed and received at least 72 hours prior to the auction in order for a commission to be paid.
